England's ICC Men's T20 World Cup defense is over after India thrashed them by 68 runs in the second semi-final in Providence on Thursday. India will now face Pakistan in the final on Sunday.
England were bowled out for just 103 in 16.4 overs, with only Jos Buttler (28) and Liam Livingstone (29) making significant contributions. Bhuvneshwar Kumar was the pick of the Indian bowlers, taking 3-15, while Hardik Pandya and Arshdeep Singh took two wickets each.
Earlier, India had posted a total of 171-8, with Virat Kohli top-scoring with 58 off 49 balls. KL Rahul (28) and Rohit Sharma (27) also made useful contributions.
